Krav for Heroes was founded by the United States Krav Maga Association to help families of Firefighters and Law Enforcement officers, in the event that their loved ones lose their lives in the line of duty.

The organization will send the families a check within 48 hours to help offset funeral costs, flying family members to the funeral and the myriad of other costs associated with a sudden tragedy.

Mark Slane, the USKMA's chief instructor is a retired firefighter/paramedic who has been in the firefighter/law enforcement community for over 25 years. He knows that families of fallen officers are taken care of in the long run with insurance, etc. but those first few days are a nightmare for families.

We believe that these people are heroes and their families shouldn't have to stress over finances in this time of grief. One hundred percent of all contributions for Krav for Heroes go to the families. Click here to contribute.
